Delivery Information

1. Order Dispatch

We aim to dispatch all orders placed through www.lumerisbio.com on the next working day (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM or over the weekend will be processed on the following working day.

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Royal Mail tracking number.

2. Delivery Services

All UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked services, based on the option selected at checkout:

  • Royal Mail Tracked (3–5days)
    Estimated delivery 3–5 working days from dispatch.

  • Royal Mail Tracked (2–3 days)
    Estimated delivery 2–3 working days from dispatch.

Both services include full end-to-end tracking and delivery confirmation.

You can track your parcel anytime using the link in your confirmation email or directly via the Royal Mail website.

3. Shipping Costs

Delivery charges for each service are shown at checkout before payment is completed.

We may occasionally offer free delivery promotions, which will be clearly displayed on our website when available.

4. Delivery Areas

We currently ship to:

  • The United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, and Channel Islands.

  • Selected international destinations, where permitted by postal and customs regulations.

We reserve the right to decline international shipments to locations with restricted or prohibited imports.

5. Delivery Issues

If your parcel appears delayed or tracking has not updated:

  • Please allow 3–5 working days for possible minor delays within the Royal Mail network.

  • If still unresolved, contact us at hello@lumerisbio.com, and we will investigate with Royal Mail.

If loss or damage is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with Royal Mail’s claims process.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.

We cannot accept responsibility for parcels delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

If a parcel is returned to us, it must be received back at our facility before any refund or redelivery can be processed.

7. Missed Deliveries

If no one is available to receive your parcel, Royal Mail will leave a card or electronic notice with collection or redelivery instructions.

Uncollected parcels may be returned to us after Royal Mail’s holding period.

8. International Orders

Delivery times for international shipments vary depending on destination and customs clearance.

Any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customs delays are outside our control.

9. Delays Beyond Our Control

Lumeris Bio is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Royal Mail service disruptions

  • Postal strikes

  • Severe weather

  • Customs or regulatory delays

We will always do our best to minimise disruption and keep you informed.
