4. Product Images and Packaging

Because the vials and labels are very small, traditional photography often fails to display details accurately for online viewing.

  • The vial design or labelling you receive may differ slightly from the images shown.

  • Cap colours may vary between batches, as different colours are used internally to help identify and organise products during manufacturing and fulfilment.

  • These visual differences are cosmetic only and do not affect the quality, purity, or formulation of the product.

5. Orders, Payment, and Pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched.

Prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP) and may change at any time without prior notice.

Prices exclude taxes, duties, or import fees unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, refuse service, or cancel orders that breach these Terms.

6. Dispatch and Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders on the next working day (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays).
Orders placed after 2:00 PM or over weekends will be processed the following working day.

All UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Royal Mail Tracked 48, depending on the service selected at checkout:

  • Tracked 24: Typically delivers within 1–2 working days after dispatch.

  • Tracked 48: Typically delivers within 2–3 working days after dispatch.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Delivery charges are displayed at checkout.
We occasionally offer free delivery promotions, which will be clearly advertised on our Website.

We currently ship to the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, and Channel Islands, and selected international destinations where permitted by law.

7. Delivery Delays and Issues

If your parcel appears delayed or tracking updates stop:

  • Please allow 3–5 working days before contacting us, as minor courier delays can occur.

  • If the issue persists, email contact@lumerisbio.com, and we will investigate with Royal Mail.

Replacements or refunds are issued only once the courier confirms that the parcel is officially lost or damaged.

We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address details,

  • Refusal at delivery,

  • Failure to collect from Royal Mail, or

  • Events beyond our control (postal strikes, customs delays, severe weather, etc.).

8. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Because our products are specialised research materials, we operate a limited returns policy.

Returns are accepted only if an item is:

  • Damaged during transit,

  • Defective upon arrival, or

  • Incorrectly supplied.
